Consultation
Your journey starts with a personal consultation with your trained and licensed Dream Sculpt Body Spa provider. During this personal one-on-one, you’ll discuss all your skin concerns, your goals for treatment, and your medical history. Your provider will examine the treatment areas, and if Exion is deemed the best treatment for your personal situation, we’ll schedule your sessions and you’ll be filled in on any necessary preparation details.

Exion Treatment
Exion helps transform a remarkable 23 different parts of your skin spanning across the entire body. Exion comes with four different modes: Micro-needling RF, Face Applicator, Body Applicator, and Emfemme 360 Applicator. This is not your standard microneedling device. The unique fractional radio frequency technology allows Exion to reach double the depths of tradition microneedling, even though the needles reach equal depths.

Pre-Treatment
Pre-Care Instructions
Prior to Exion in lower Westchester, Dream Sculpt Body Spa Recommends:
- Please shave all pigmented hair from desired treatments areas prior to your appointment.
- Please remove contacts prior to face treatments.
- Discontinue any irritant topical agents for 2-3 days prior to treatment.
- The client is to avoid tanning for at least 4 weeks before treatment or the use of self-tanners. Any alteration in the natural color of the skin will affect the outcome.
- The client is to arrive to the treatment with clean skin (no lotion, makeup, perfume or powders).
- Must be off Isotretinoin (Accutane) for at least 6 months prior to treatment. Must be off Tretinoin (Retin-A) for at least 4 weeks prior to treatment.
- If you have a history of herpes simplex you may need to get prophylactic treatment 1 week before laser treatment to avoid any outbreaks.
- Avoid caffeine 24-48 hours before the treatment.
Lifestyle
Avoid alcohol and smoking for 5 days.
Medication
If possible, don’t use blood thinning medications for 5 to 7 days.
Medicine
Also if possible, avoid non-steroidal anti-inflammatory medications for 5 to 7 days.
Post-Treatment
Post-Care Instructions
Following Exion in lower Westchester, Dream Sculpt Body Spa Recommends:
- Please wear SPF 30 to SPF 50 Daily
- Avoid Exercising Day of Treatment
- Do Not Take Steam Showers The Day of Treatment
- Avoid Going into Hot Tubs and Saunas Day of Treatment
- The Client may chose to eat Pineapple and or Mango to assist with bruising
- Redness may occur for about a week prior to treatment
- The Detox, EXOIE and Repair Stem Cell Kit is Highly Encourage to aide in cellular turnover and overall Dermal Health
Maintenance
Minimal to no downtime will be required, depending on the modalities chosen.
Hydration
Stay hydrated by drinking plenty of water so that your natural healing processes function well.
Hygiene
Use gentle cleansers and medical-grade skin moisturizers for 5 to 7 days.
